This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing transactions for hiring and recruitment services provided by HireItWeb.com. By engaging our services, you agree to the payment terms specified below.

Service Packages and Pricing
Our hiring services are structured into three fixed-fee tiers based on the scope of the recruitment mandate. All listed prices are base fees, exclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Basic Tier: ₹29,999
  • Standard Tier: ₹39,999
  • Premium Tier: ₹49,999
(Note: You can update the tier names to match your exact marketing terminology).

Payment Terms and Invoicing

  • Payment Schedule: A 100% upfront payment is required to activate your account, allocate a dedicated recruiter, and initiate the talent search campaign.
  • Invoice Generation: A formal tax invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email address immediately upon successful payment processing.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless a separate international agreement is documented.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following modes of payment via our secure payment gateway:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
  • Net Banking (All major banks)
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Direct Corporate Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
Refund and Replacement Policy
Due to the immediate deployment of resources, operational costs, and the nature of headhunting services, our standard terms apply:

  • Non-Refundable: Payments for the ₹29,999, ₹39,999, and ₹49,999 service packages are strictly non-refundable once the hiring campaign is activated and work has commenced.
  • Replacement Guarantee: If a candidate placed by HireItWeb resigns or is terminated within the agreed-upon guarantee period (as specified in your specific service contract), we will provide a free replacement search. We do not issue cash refunds for candidate attrition.
  • Service Cancellation: If you choose to halt a hiring campaign before completion, the fee remains non-refundable, but the credit may be held on file for future hiring needs within a 6-month period.
Taxes and Late Fees
Applicable government taxes (such as 18% GST) will be added to the base ticket sizes of ₹29,999, ₹39,999, and ₹49,999 at checkout. For any custom milestones or post-placement fee structures, payments delayed beyond 7 days of the invoice due date will incur a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
